cryptids are animals/things that might exist/used to exist/never existed. some are myths some arent. the cool part bout cryptids is that in many cases there is the possibility that the animal exists but hasnt been documented yet. this is espeacially true for deep ocean animals and rare species of goth. i had a lot of fun reading up on cryptids and I think you will too. heres a link to the wiki site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptids
