This is a real real issue right now in canadian parliament and we should all try to do soemthing to stop it. Im being serious here. So hereare the the basics: a bill being pushed by conservative mp bill prentice which would completely re-write canadian copyright freedoms by making any copying of digital material illegal. It allows for companies who own these copyrights to heavily sue anyone who backs up or shares any data. Completely circumventing the path that the industry has been going in for quite awhile now it would make, for example, putting a dvd onto your computer illegal. i know this doesnt seem serious. but this bill is fucked. very broad. any video on youtube that wasnt put there by the original copyright owner would be illegal and finable by 20 000$. So no more punky brewster videos or old kids in the hall clips. not to mention the death of filesharing like bit torrent. colin masterson got a letter from rogers saying they will cut off his itnernet if he didnt stop downloading. this is minor compared to what they could penalize people with if the bill passes.check this out if you dont believe me

ive been asked a number of times where to find good used bikes in toronto that aint a store. stores are often overpriced and markupy. so heres me list of places to go and check out:
