Recipe #4: taste sadnwich!

this is a super easy tastey non meat sandwich for you to eat.
you will need:
loaf of nice bread. ciabatta if you have it.
roma tomatoes
delish mozeralla
fresh basil
olive oil
balsamic
pep and salt to taste

slice up tomato and mozzerealla into disks. chiffonade the basil(chop in strips). stack and then finish off with bit of balsamic and olive oil mixed up and drizzled on sandwich. pep and salt.
throw in oven or toaster oven for a shrot time for tasteyness.

simple snakc!

Did you just re-use you Caprese Salad recipe, but put it between bread?

I like getting a nice bun, and putting thickly sliced brie, then tomatoes-on-the-vine, sliced to preference (thick or thin), then basil, toasted open-faced in the oven, then closed and eaten. nearly the same sammich, just meltier. And more brie-y

yes i did.
if you knew anything about me matty d you would know that the only ingfidients that i ever use to make food are tomato, mozzerrala and basil.

for fucks sake matty.

I agree with matty, brie is underutilized as a sandwich cheese. Your mozzarella can go fuck right off, it had its heyday, now its just a tired old cliche.
