pupusas are little el salvadorian corn flour patties that are super tastey and not that hard to make. Im going to link you guyz to a recipe that pretty much spells it all out for you. when it speaks of "masa harina" that is corn flour that can be purchased at most el salvadorian supermarkets. hehe or regular ones.

pupusas go delish with a south american coleslaw called "curtido" that is almost necessary if you are going to make them.
