so homer got into a fight with the garbage men and so to get his garbage picked up n stuff he runs for sanitation commissioner. in order to win votes he decides to break into a U2 concert and talk to the crpowd.
to get into the stadium homer dresses up like an irish guy with a sack over his shoulder.
Security Guard: Woah, woah, can I help ya?
Homer: Potato Man.
Secutity Guard #2: Where the hell have you been?
then lets homer into back entrance. hilarity ensues.(its funny because U2 and bono are irish! and irish people love potatoes! get it?)
